“I like to ride my bicycle” “I like to ride my bike”

This is Freddie and his bicycle…

I found the bike in a dollar store on Bank Street here in Ottawa and the running shoes are car air fresheners from Dollerama. The bike has a motor and the peddles move so I tried to make the legs with hinges (see photo below) but it was not strong enough to make him peddle. The head, Hands and feet are sculpted in polymer clay. The clothes are tailored onto the doll.  

Here is "MY PRECIOUS"

He is a full body sculpt of polymer clay and stands 11" high. The base is sculpted with Apoxie Sculp.

New Doll for 2013

My sister gave me this Polar Bear for Christmas so I thought I would make him a friend to take him out for walks.

 

 

For my final post for 2012 I would like to 

introduce my newest creations

"TEA TUBS"

I received a load of teacups a  saucers from my aunt after her move. She asked if I could do anything with them and below is the result. The elves are a full body sculpt in polymer clay and then set in the china cup with resin. The rubber duck, brush and bar of soap are sculpted with coloured polymer clay.
